Welcome to the new website for Collier Framing.

(The home of seriously good framing by Anne Collier)

I may have moved from Milburn House, Dean Street, Newcastle, but the underlying business hasn’t changed; I still aim to give the best all-round framing service I can, with the same colour-matching and attention to detail as ever, but from new premises. During the thirty years I spent in the caverns of Milburn House, I dreamt of being out in the countryside, surrounded by trees, water, sunshine and birdsong, and that’s exactly what I now have!

The Bothy, Haughton

Haughton Mill, misty autumn morning.

So come and visit, but please ring first;  -I no longer keep regular opening hours, and I’d hate you to waste your journey.

All the work I do is guaranteed and to conservation standard, as specified by the Fine Art Trade Guild.  Directions on how to find me are on the Contact page.  When you reach Haughton Castle gates, go straight ahead down the private road;  just follow the signs until you reach the low building (on the left in the photograph) opposite Mill Cottage.

All the pictures I had in stock when I left Milburn House are still available;  I will be updating the artists’ pages as fast as I can, but as a quick reminder, I have work by:-

Walter Holmes,  John Coatsworth,  James Williamson Bell,  Juliet de Gaye,  Alan Reed,  Anton Sulek,  Frank Burke,  Robert Heindel,  Susan Edwards,  Bernard Dunstan,  Alexander Millar (2 originals),  David Pearson,  Rob Piercy,  Dylan Izaak, David Shepherd,  Roger Dean,  and reproduction maps of Northumberland.

If the artists pages you are interested in aren’t shown yet, for further details, just ring me! (Anne Collier: 07908 487589)
